All pricing plans are considered binding agreements and are in force for the entire term of the agreements. No partial refunds will be given for customers that cancel prior to the end of their agreed to terms. Terms of Use

  1. Access is via a dial-up modem and is a non-permanent connection. The user must not stay permanently connected.
  2. Applicant understands that illegal use of account may result in termination without refund. Such activities include:
    • Posting child pornography
    • Port Scanning Systems that you do not own
    • Running programs like crack and unshadow
    • Smufing, flooding, and SYN attacking other systems
    • Harrassing and threatening other users
    • Using your account to distribute pirated software
    • Using your account to send Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (UCE or, as it is more commonly known as, "spam") to users on our or any other system.
  3. Applicant will not hold a1comserv.com, Inc. responsible for any pirated software, computer viruses, pornography or other material downloaded through this account. Further user will hold harmless Infobahn from any and all lost business, opportunity, or goodwill that may occur as a result of internet downtime, lost email and other problems.
  4. a1comserv.com, Inc. will make every reasonable effort to ensure minimal busy signals and maximum connectivity; however, there may be situations that are beyond our control that may result in downtime for which A1 Communication Services cannot be responsible.
  5. Applicant is responsible for all activity on account by any person with whom applicant shares account password. This includes any children of the applicant.
  6. Account may be used for any legal purpose and there will be no censorship implemented by a1comserv.com, Inc. for surfing. a1comserv.com reserves the right to refuse to host any web site based on content that is deemed inappropriate.
  7. Personal websites included with dialup accounts may not exceed 250,000 page hits in any calendar month.
  8. It is the customer's responsibility to use the correct local A1 Communication Services dial-up number for internet access. If the customer is not certain which number/s is a local call, the customer should call the telephone company operator and ask BEFORE using the number. Under no circumstances shall A1 Communication Services be responsible for toll charges incurred by a customer dialing into its service.
  9. In the event of termination of a multi-month account before the payment has expired, the refund, if any is due, will be based on $25.00 per month or part of any month for all months for which the account was active.
